23. ledna 2019 pořádá fakulta kurz pro střední a vyšší management napříč odvětvími i napříč velikostmi firem zaměřený na OKR (Objectives and Key Results) inspirovaný zkušenostmi z Googlu. – Seminář bude přesunut na březen 2019.

Kurz je vyučován v angličtině.

Lektorem kurzu bude Paolo Lacche, se zkušenostmi s nasazováním OKR ve velkých nadnárodních společnostech, ale i v startupových firmách.

V posledních pěti letech bylo OKRs postupně přijato start-upy a špičkovými firmami po celém světě a stává se standardem pro nastavování cílů ve firmách. Během tohoto kurzu se naučíte, jak využít OKR jako výkonný komunikační rámec. Odhalíte doporučení k jeho aplikaci dle specifik vašeho podnikání s cílem dosáhnout cílů společně jako tým a k tomu i přizpůsobit strategii firmy.

Mnoho společností stále „schovává hlavu v písku“ před stanovováním cílů. Některé společnosti dokonce stanovují strategické cíle a měří svůj vývoj na základě takto „stanovených“ cílů.
