New Bachelor’s Programme
The BIS programme will teach you how to connect IT, data, and business so that you become someone who not only understands technology but can also use it to deliver real results. From developing applications and working with AI to managing projects, you will gain the skills that will enable you to thrive in any company and in a fast-changing world.
- three-year/six-semester study programme
- 180 ECTS credits / 30 credits per semester
- full-time Bachelor’s (undergraduate) programme
- taught in English language
- tuition fee – 5,000 EUR/academic year (2,500 EUR/semester)
- application deadlines: 28 February and 30 April
- starts every September

Graduates are also entitled to continue their studies at the graduate level. At FIS they may continue their studies with either the Economic Data Analysis or the Information Systems Management Master’s programmes.
There are two application rounds:
- February 28 (recommended for Visa-required students)
- April 30

BIS Bachelor programme is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic as a first-cycle higher education qualification.
According to the Czech legislation, graduates of the programme will be awarded the academic degree Bc. (baccalarius).
The degree’s abbreviation Bc. is to be used before the name of the graduate (e.g. Bc. Jan NOVAK).
Graduates are entitled to continue their studies at the graduate level.
