The application period for 2025/2026 (start of studies in September 2025):

• Round I – 1^st November 2025 – 28^th February 2026   (recommended for Visa-required students)
• Round II – 1^st March – 30^th  April 2026
  

To finish the application, students have to pay the application fee  in amount of 50 EUR (1,250 CZK). Instructions for payment will be available to you in the e-application system once you have started your e-application.

Applicants can take the admission exam for the academic year 2026/2027 only once, either within the application round I or II. 

• upload a scan of your international passport or ID (EU citizens),
• CV – use this template only, have to be uploaded to the online application form,
• Motivation statement video– 2-3 Minutes long, upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo, and include the link in your CV form, or upload the video directly to the online application form,
• upload a scan of Proof of English proficiency
• Study documents (official certified hard copies must be sent to VŠE) for  Assessment of Previous Education 

No appearance in person is required, to be done online. You will be asked to write  within 3 days an essay on a given topic, the length of the essay 1,200 words on an economic-statistics related topic.

On Friday morning (8am  CET)  you will receive the topics and instructions for the admission essay on your email address given in the online application form. You will be asked to upload  the essay to your application account till Sunday  12 midnight  CET.

Minimum of required points to be admitted to studies is 70.

Online enrollment to studies – June 2026
The tuition fee for the first semester (2500 EUR) has to be done before 1^st September 2026
Start of classes – Mid September 2026
