ISM Alumni Survey Results

Last autumn, the FIS Masters Office conducted a survey among graduates of the Information Systems Management (ISM) Master’s programme who chose to stay in Prague after completing their studies.

The results provide valuable insights into the career paths and early professional success of our alumni.

 

Employment After Graduation

The majority of ISM graduates continue their professional careers in Czechia, most commonly in Prague. Thanks to the strong local job market, alumni typically secure employment very quickly after graduation, often transitioning smoothly into full‑time positions.

 

Salary Development

Survey results show that ISM graduates begin their careers with salaries above the Czech national average.
A few years after graduation, their earnings typically grow to nearly double the national average, demonstrating strong long‑term career potential in the field of information management and data science.
