Looking Back: Saturday’s trip for FIS students

The FIS Study Affairs Office organized for all EDS,  ISM and EDA students  a Saturday’s trip, on ^5th October, 2024.

The trip was successful despite the bad weather. We met at 7:15 am at the Prague Main Railway Station. We were  36 students and 3 teachers: FIS coordinators Tereza Krajíčková and Veronika Brunerová and Petr Mazouch, Academic Director of English Programs at FIS.

We took the train to Karlštejn, where we had a tour of the monumental, old castle. After the tour we went through the beautiful Beroun countryside to Sbrsko, where lunch was waiting for us in a restaurant.

After the lunch we continued to Beroun, where we visited the city square and the city park.  The total distance of the trip was 18km.
Everyone enjoyed the trip. And we would like to thank to all students very much for their participation. We appreciate that so many people came despite the cold weather and rain.
