EDS graduates are well prepared for roles that require data analysis and the interpretation of economic indicators. They will be also able to work with various data sources.

Graduates are also entitled to continue their studies at the graduate level.

At FIS they may continue their studies with either the Economic Data Analysis or the Information Systems Management Master’s programmes.

 

There are two application rounds:

  • February 28 (recommended for Visa-required students)
  • April 30

Admission requirements:

Applicants are asked to:

  1. Complete the online application form, pay the application fee

  2. Upload a scan of your passport or ID

  3. Submit a CV on a given template

  4. Add study documents  –  (ask for Assessment of previous education)

  5. Pass the online test –  General Academic Prerequisites (GAP)

EDS Bachelor programme is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic as a first-cycle higher education qualification.

According to the Czech legislation,  graduates of the programme will be awarded the academic degree Bc. (baccalarius).
The degree’s abbreviation Bc. is to be used before the name of the graduate (e.g. Bc. Jan NOVAK).

Graduates are entitled to continue their studies at the graduate level.
