Application deadlines

  • ROUND II: 1 March – 30 April 2027 (recommended for EU students or students already living in Czechia)
    admission exam – May 2027

 

How to apply

  1. Complete the online application form   and pay the application fee

  2. Upload a scan of your passport or ID

  3. Submit a CV on a given template

  4. Add study documents  –  (ask for Assessment of Previous Education)

  5. Pass an admission oral exam (online)


 

Detailed information

The application period for 2027/2028 (start of studies in September 2027):

  • Round I – 1st November 2026 – 28th February 2027  (recommended for Visa-required students)
  • Round II – 1st March – 30th April 2027 (recommended for EU students or students already living in Czechia)

To finish the application, students have to pay the application fee  in amount of 100 EUR. Instructions for payment will be available to you in the e-application system once you have started your e-application.

⇒Students applying for the programme Information Systems Management have to select one of the specialization, Management of Business Informatics or Data & Business. You may apply for both within a single application form (for one application fee), but you must select a priority specialization.

 

Applicants can take the admission exam for the academic year 2027/2028 only once, either within the application round I or II. 

 

  • upload a scan of your international passport or ID (EU citizens),
  • CV  – use this form only,  CV form for ISM, CV form for EDA; have to be uploaded to the online application form,
  • upload a scan of Proof of English proficiency,
  • Study documents (official certified hard copies must be sent to VŠE) for Assessment of Previous Education

The oral examination aims to assess the applicant’s knowledge relevant to the study programme, their level of English proficiency and to evaluate their overall motivation. This oral exam can be conducted online.

Dates for the admission exams:

  • Round I – March 2027
  • Round II – May 2027

Students, who need for purpose of studying in Prague Visa, have to submit the Visa application immediately as they receive the result from the admission exam.

         Online enrollment to studies –  June 2027
         The tuition fee for the first semester (3,000 EUR) has to be done before 1st September 2027
         Start of classes – Mid September 2027
