How to register courses for the summer semester?

That is easy, the icons glow green.
Red colour means – the course isn’t approved (or hasn’t been approved yet).

Compulsory, mandatory courses (hP or eP) – you can check, if your compulsory courses have been confirmed within the pre-registrations, in the 1st round of enrollment, on January 30-31.

If your course isn’t approved, check it, maybe you just need to confirm the attendance once more. If that is not possible, inform the FIS Masters office (only ISM and EDA students).

Elective courses (hV or eV) – you can check, if your elective courses have been confirmed within the pre-registrations, in the 2nd round of enrollment, on February 2-3.

If your course isn’t approved, check it, maybe you just need to confirm the attendance once more. If that is not possible, the course might be cancelled or there might be a limited number of spots, you have to choose a new course, within the 3rd round of enrollment, on February 6-7.

This is a special group of courses, which does not belong to your study plan, it belongs not the 120 ECTS credits, you have to pass within your studies.

You can take such courses, if you have enough credit vouchers (you will need them to register for those courses also), but it will be not counted to the elective or compulsory courses.

 

That are usually sport courses, language courses or other courses, usually offered by other faculties or courses taught in the Czech language.

The term “credit voucher“ means a voucher allowing the student to enrol in or get recognized study obligations in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs.
You received at the beginning of your studies 144 credit vouchers, which you need change to 120 credits (according to the given study plan). That means, you have 24 credit vouchers more, which you can use for courses you fail or for registration to some extra courses.

Very probably, you pre-registered a huge number of courses. If those courses have been confirmed in the automated enrollment, you have to take them. There is no way, you could cancel the registration, discuss your situation with the FIS Masters Office (ISM and EDA students only).

Only in the first week of the semester, only till Friday, February 16. Later this is not possible at all.
