My name is Tania, Ukrainian who initially moved to Prague for a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (and ended up falling in love with the cityJ). During my studies I revealed a new side of me, which surprisingly is passion for numbers. The lack of relevant knowledge in my bachelor’s program motivated me to continue with Master in Quantitative Economic Analysis at the Prague University of Economics and Business.

Till this day I strongly believe that this is the most widely applicable and desired degree on the labour market. You can implement this knowledge in any direction starting from chemical and biological research centres, finance, data analysis, IT, business analysis and many others. Generally, every field that requires data processing! Moreover, minor specialization in Insurance Mathematics gives practical knowledge and skills related to fast growing insurance field. Given such an opportunity, it is a shame not to use it. In future I will pursue the “analysis” path, hoping to extend and develop my professional skills.”
